•Conduct complex tax research and planning
•Provide outside CFO services
•Develop and cultivate long-term professional client relationships
•Assist partners and senior leaders with generating new business opportunities to build client networks and relationships
•Develop, supervise, and mentor staff
•Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback
•Continue professional development though ongoing education
